I’m Bri, a licensed mental health counselor providing individualized trauma-focused treatment. I am trained in trauma-informed interventions such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), the Attachment Regulation Competency (ARC) Framework, and long-term psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy. I am also trained in both play and art therapy and will use these modalities with clients that might be struggling to find words for their experiences. I balance insight and understanding with techniques and practical tools to help you to attain meaningful change.
